The Changan Qiyuan Q05 is a compact SUV built since 2023 by the Changan sub-brand Qiyuan. After the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released initial information about the 4.54-meter-long vehicle in August 2023,sales began on the Chinese home market in November 2023. The car is based on the second generation of the Changan CS55 Plus.The SUV has the same plug-in hybrid drives as the Qiyuan A05 sedan. The weaker one has a maximum output of 140 kW (190 hp) and has a lithium iron phosphate battery with an energy content of 9.07 kWh, the stronger one has a maximum output of 158 kW (215 hp) and a lithium iron phosphate battery with an energy content of 18.99 kWh.
